So. I'm a freshman in high school. This is usually the time that adults usually start asking people what they plan to do with their future. We all remember the question that our parents, teachers and God knows who else asked us when we were four. What do you want to be when you grow up? Ok? So we had to do these career research papers for my language class. I decided to do mine on becoming a photographer. Throughout these past few weeks, I have been planning my future. A lot of doors have opened for me. Has anyone ever seen those Art Institute of America commercials? That's where I want to go to college. Does my mom want me to go there? No. There is another option of finding a great photographer that I could study under, but I don't think she'd go for that either. All I know is that I want to work in photography after high school. I made a new friend this year. Yea, Yea, how strange. The little quiet girl actually talks to someone. Veronica and I have been talking about what I could do now to help me succeed later in life. One was start having miniature photo shoots. You know, with friends, possibly family. I have been thinking about it and the more I think about it the better it sounds. I am just really excited about this. I plan to start taking photographs of everything and anything. I have had a special interest in Hollywood Glamour Shots of the 1930's and 1940's. Those are amazing! If you take a look at that photography and what is taken now, there is a huge difference. The make-up back then looked so wonderful and natural. The make-up now can be so... thick... and horrible in some ways. The clothing is wonderful and so is everything about those decades. My favorite make-up set up thingy is what Marilyn Monroe had. She was beautiful. I'm just sorry she had to die so early in her life. It would be wonderful if I could meet her. It really would.

I have felt like saying this for a while. I just wish I could find time to take the wonderful pictures I know I could take. I really want this to work out for me. Nothing else would make me happier. Wish me luck with my dreams.
